The Get Call Launch is a function within the Inbound Group feature set that includes a screen pop window or dialog box that autonomously appears on the desktop, displaying information for a call simultaneously sent the agents phone. The screen pop can be presented from any type of different data set, making this feature unique from any other screen pop feature.
