The Drop Trigger, Extension, and Voicemail feature allows complete freedom of configuring a trigger such as call seconds and directing the inbound call based on the trigger into groups with a defined action or condition such as dropping the inbound call into a message, internal voicemail, external voicemail or a direct phone extension.
